Lifetime membership to The Marysville Union Clubhouse is free and voluntary for those aged 18+ diagnosed with a mental illness or substance use disorder.

Member Assessment
Once we have met and you have toured The Marysville Union, a dedicated staff member will conduct a new member intake session, which allows you to gain access to mental health and substance abuse recovery care, plus our job readiness and housing resources.
STEP 3 Congratulations! You’re Now a Clubhouse Member of The Marysville Union
Following your intake session, we prepare a personalized plan and officially welcome you as a new member of The Marysville Union Clubhouse. Congratulations! Now, let’s get to work on rebuilding your life.
